My home was flooded by the Missouri River in March 2019, leaving it unlivable. I contacted Bayview to let them know what had happened.
They still wanted their money. The long and short of it was, the loan was forgiven in Oct 2019. I am trying to get the Loan number and final disposition of the loan? I have tried calling, to no avail, as no one answers the phone.
All I need is the loan number and final disposition emailed to me. garryw_ludwig@***.net.

I have not received any kind of response. No email or phone confirmation.
I was on hold for over 8 hours over a 3 day period when trying to call customer service.
Unable to contact anyone with this company. Very frustrating. I sent a FedEX letter to their Florida address. It was signed and received, but still no reply or response 2 weeks later.
They owe me a disbursement payoff.
If I happened be one day late on a payment, they were on the phone with me immediately. I guess now that the shoe is on the other foot, there is nothing but silence.

My question is why is this still open?
I never had a Loan with you. Currently the house has been sold, remodeled and is back on the Market. Therefore it went into foreclosure. In 2012 I left the house and moved into a Senior residency in Bethlehem, Pa.
I moved to Arizona to another Senior residency I have always left a Change of Address with the US postal Service and never received your notice.
I demand/ ask you to cancel your injunction against me.
I'm 77 years old and in bad health. This realization has had a negative effect on me.

My sister passed away and as the administrator of her estate I was forced to deal with Community Loan Servicing. Chase Bank sold my Sisters mortgage to Community after she passed away and my every interaction with Community has been terrible.
They paid the property taxes late, forcing me to contact them multiple times for them to cover the late fees.
They didn't pay the property insurance, even though they continued to collect escrow every month, then didn't even contact the insurance company to let them know the lien holder had changed.
Instead, they sent me a letter indicating that since the insurance premium had not been paid that they would take out insurance on the property at a significantly higher price. Again, I was forced to waste my time calling Allstate and Community to straighten it out.
Ive been trying to obtain a loan payoff statement for a month, contacting them three times. The one time I actually received a loan payoff statement the payoff date had already passed. I calculated the loan payoff myself and sent the payment.
Instead of applying the over-payment to principle community applied it to escrow. Again I am forced to contact Community, and all the while they continue to charge interest.
Now my online access has been disabled so I cant even check to see if my payment has been applied correctly. Ive tried several times to regain access to no avail. My latest attempt was met with a very rude person who indicated that the rules for estate access had changed and I would need to login using the "new method" for estates.
When I asked the rep if she could hang on the line while I tried she declined, she indicated that she had Too many calls in the queue to help me. Of course when I go online to try the new method it didn't work.
Chase Bank should really reexamine their policy of selling the loans of deceased customers to this such a terribly run organization.
Ive filed a BBB complaint, so well see if this makes any difference.
